Processing & Timeline
Processing time depends on the destination and the government authority reviewing your application. Our team usually submits applications shortly after receiving complete and accurate information. Final approval timelines are determined solely by the relevant government.
Once your application is approved by the government authority, we will send the official visa, ETA, or Digital Arrival Card PDF to your registered email address.
If your application has not yet been submitted, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an application is submitted to a government portal, changes are usually not allowed.

Mark Visa Assist provides application assistance only. Approval or rejection decisions are made entirely by government authorities. Our service fee is not refundable in the event of a rejection. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Yes. You can submit applications for multiple travelers, such as family members or groups. Each traveler must provide their own required information and documents.
In most cases, a digital copy (PDF) is sufficient. However, some airlines or border officials may request a printed copy. We recommend keeping both a digital and printed copy when traveling.
Yes. Many governments allow travelers to apply directly through official websites without using a third-party service. Mark Visa Assist offers optional assistance to help reduce confusion, save time, and ensure details are entered correctly.
